I train and teach my clients how to move and feel better through exercise, good nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations. We will focus on achieving your individual goals, building strength, improving balance, and freeing up restricted movements. Weight loss and weight management goals are met using an ethical, effective, and holistic approach. You will receive a holistic and individualized fitness plan, as well as the confidence to maintain the plan safely for the rest of your life.

In-homE Fitness trainIng

The benefits of in-home fitness training are:

  • Save time

  • better consistency means Better results

  • Great for beginners or “getting back into shape”

  • If you are intimidated bY the gym or just more comfortable at home


Nutrition/Cooking

Special training sessions are available to go over fundamental nutrition guidelines, caloric and macro nutrient recommendations, as well as lessons on how to shop for healthy and delicious food within a budget, and basic cooking skills on fresh food preparation if needed.

Pricing

Starting Fitness Coaching Package: $900

  • An individualized holistic fitness plan

  • 10 one hour personal training sessions

  • 1 one hour massage therapy session assesses for muscle imbalances to target in fitness training

Transformational Fitness Coaching Package: $2500

Included will vary on the individual and their needs but may look like the following:

  • An individualized holistic fitness plan

  • 20 one hour personal training sessions

  • Two 90 minute massage therapy sessions

  • Accountability and motivational phone call check-ins

  • If needed, individualized nutrition, cooking, and grocery shopping lessons are available to enhance your program.

Individual Fitness Coaching Sessions (For established fitness clients): $90 per session

  • For periodic check in and advancement of individual fitness plan
