I train and teach my clients how to move and feel better through exercise, good nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations. We will focus on achieving your individual goals, building strength, improving balance, and freeing up restricted movements. Weight loss and weight management goals are met using an ethical, effective, and holistic approach. You will receive a holistic and individualized fitness plan, as well as the confidence to maintain the plan safely for the rest of your life.
In-homE Fitness trainIng
All fitness training sessions are held at your home, although a few may be outdoors, the benefits of in-home fitness training are:

Nutrition/Cooking
Special training sessions are available to go over fundamental nutrition guidelines, caloric and macro nutrient recommendations, as well as lessons on how to shop for healthy and delicious food within a budget, and basic cooking skills on fresh food preparation if needed.
Pricing
Initial session: $100 which includes an hour and half discussion and assessment, and development of beginning core fitness plan.
Paying per session: $80 for each one hour session (Travel fee $0-$40 depending on location).
Recommended number of sessions for beginners: 6 to 10, and then 1 check up/advancement session every two to three months.
Complete Fitness Package: $800, includes initial session plus 10 sessions, as well as one food shopping and one cooking session.
